Even Monsters: FAQ & Help
Q: The app crashes when I try to do the initial download, or just closes after the title screen.
Sometimes a hiccup in a server or connection will cause this issue, but the steps below should allow you to try the download again and start playing the app. Please note that this is a one-time download, so once you have the files you're good to go!
If you are on an Android device and bought the app from Google Play, please follow these steps:
1. Go to “Settings > Apps”
2. Touch the Monsters app icon to bring up the settings.
3. Click “Uninstall” then re-install the app completely.
If you are on a Nook, please follow these steps:
1. Find the icon for Even Monsters Get Sick.
2. Press and hold the icon for 2-3 seconds. You'll get a menu. One of the options is 'Archive'. Tap on that.
3. Restart your Nook.
4. Go to “Apps Page”. At the top right is a “My Stuff” button. Tap on it. One option is 'Archived'. Tap that.
5. You'll be shown a list of archived items. Find the Monsters app and tap and hold icon for 2-3 seconds. You'll get a menu. Choose 'Unarchive'.
6. Please run the Monsters app again.
Q: I'm not getting any sound in the game on my iPad. How do I fix this?
That's actually a common problem with the iPad. What happens is that the audio accidentally gets muted, but it is only muted for applications like games, while sound still works for features like the music playback, videos, etc.
Here is Apple's explanation of the issue: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2777153?start=0&tstart=0
Here's the fix:
Is the switch on the right hand side of your iPad on? Rotation lock is a software function on the taskbar in 4.2 and the switch mutes notifications e.g. so that you can watch videos or listen to music without hearing email notifications etc. If you are on 4.3 then you can change the function of the side switch between rotation lock and notification muting. Just double-click the home button, slide from the left, and it's the button far left; press home again to exit the taskbar; repeat to switch off rotation lock.
After changing the switch to orientation lock, open up the multitasking tray by double-clicking the home button. Slide to the right (meaning the icons to the left of the visible tray will come into view). There should be a speaker mute icon, brightness controls, volume controls, and an icon indicating a music app. Make sure your speaker mute icon doesn't have a line through it (or else toggle it).
In addition, check in the settings app under General -> Sounds -> Ringers and Alerts. There you should see a Ringer and Alert volume and the option to change with buttons.
There are no other known issues with Monsters. Found a bug we don't know about? We would be very grateful if you'd please email us at preschoolgames@busybeestudios.com letting us know about the problem. We'll get back to you right away with an answer.

Q: I'm not getting any sound in the game on my iPhone.
First check to be sure that your mute button wasn't accidentally left on! Next, open up the multitasking tray by double-clicking the home button. Swipe to the right, where you will see your music playback controls, then swipe to the right again. There should be a speaker icon with volume controls; please make sure your volume is all the way up.
In addition, you can check in the settings app under Settings -> Sounds -> Ringers and Alerts. There you should see a volume control.
Q: How do I clear the stickers and start over?
Just force-close the app, then the stickers will be cleared out.
If you are on an iPad or iPhone: double-click on the start/home button and you'll see all the open apps on your device. Find the Zoo Train icon, then touch and hold on it until the icons shake. Click the little "x" to close Zoo Train and the next time you run it the stickers will be cleared.

1. Go to “Settings > Apps”
2. Touch the Zoo Train app icon to bring up the settings.
3. Click “Uninstall” then re-install the app completely.

Giggle Ghosts: FAQ & Help
Q: The app installs fine, but it won't open or crashes immediately after loading.
Please try closing some other apps to be sure there is enough memory to run Giggle Ghosts.
To do this, double-click your "home" button (the round button at the base of the iPad) - you'll see a bar at the bottom with all the apps you have open. Touch and hold any of the app icons, until you see them wiggle with a little red "minus" sign.
Touch the minus sign next to all the apps you want to close, then once that's done, go back and try to open Giggle Ghosts once more.
If you still have a problem, please let us know so that we can try to fix the issue! preschoolgames@busybeestudios.com
